Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations are available up to 60 days prior to the start of the conference. $200 of the course registration is nonrefundable in the event of any cancellation. Within 60 days of the conference, refunds are not available, potential to transfer your registration to a future conference up to 30 days prior to the start of your original conference. Within 30 days, or if you fail to attend after the start of the conference, no transfers are available and you will forfeit the registration cost. Relax PRN is not responsible for travel delays, sold out lodging, inclement weather, etc. All cancellations must be in writing to RXRelaxPRN@gmail.com
Greece Special Terms
Please note that due to the extended travel planning required for all-inclusive trip, refunds and cancellations are not available . An initial $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. Transfers to future retreats are NOT available. We are not responsible for any delays in travel that result in missing any parts of the retreat and no prorate or refunds are available should delays happen. All Inclusive rates include only that which is listed on the website – lodging, meals, and activities per person. Drinks (including alcoholic and non alcoholic) are not included in the all inclusive rate and are the guest’s responsibility.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The individual named below (referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the conference event Relax PrN (the “Activity”) provided by Regetz Enterprises, LLC dba Relax PRN based in Virginia, USA. In consideration of being permitted by Relax PRN to engage in the Activity and the intangible value that I will gain by participating in the Activity, and in recognition of the Relax PRN’s reliance hereon, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (this “Release”). 1. I am aware and understand that the Activity is a potentially dangerous activity and involves the risk of serious injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. I am also aware of the highly contagious nature of infectious diseases “Disease”, and the risk that I may be exposed to or contract the Disease by engaging in the Activity, which may result in serious illness, personal injury, disability, death, and/or property damage. I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of Relax PRN employees or others, including negligent emergency response or rescue operations of Relax pRN. I understand that while Relax PRN has implemented measures to reduce the risk of injury from the Activity and the spread of the Disease. Relax PRN cannot guarantee that I will not be injured or become infected with the Disease due to my participation in the Activity and that engaging in the Activity may increase my risk of contracting the Disease. Not withstanding the risks, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the activity with the knowledge of the dangers involved. I hereby agree to accept and assume all risks of injury, illness, disability, death and property damage which may arise from my participation in the Activity, whether caused by the ordinary negligence of Relax PRN or otherwise.
2. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against Relax PRN, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, members, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), on account of injury, illness, disability, death, or property damage arising out of or attributable to my participation in the Activity, whether arising out of the ordinary negligence of Relax PRN or any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against the Association or any other Releasee, and forever release and discharge Relax PRN and all other Releasees from liability under such claims. This waiver and release does not extend to claims for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other liabilities that Virginia law does not permit to be released by agreement.
3. I confirm that I am: (a) in good health, in proper physical condition, and do not have any medical or other conditions that would impair my ability to participate in the Activity; and (b) not experiencing symptoms of the Disease (such as cough, shortness of breath, or fever), do not have a confirmed or suspected case of the Disease, and have not come in contact in the last 14 days with a person who has been confirmed to have or suspected of having the Disease. I will comply with all federal, state, and local laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to the Activity and the Disease while participating in the Activity, including, without limitation, quarantine or self-isolation periods, requirements related to hand sanitation, social distancing, and use of face coverings and safety equipment. I will also follow all instructions, recommendations, and cautions of Relax PRN at all times during the Activity. If at any time I believe conditions to be unsafe, that I am no longer in proper physical condition to participate in the Activity, or I begin experiencing symptoms of the Disease, I will immediately discontinue further participation in the Activity and/or not attend the Activity.
4. I shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Relax PRN and all other Releasees against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, claims, actions, judgments, settlements, interest, awards, penalties, fines, costs, or expenses of whatever kind, including reasonable attorney fees, fees, the costs of enforcing any right to indemnification under this Release, and the cost of pursuing any insurance providers, incurred by or awarded against Relax PRN or any other Releasees, arising out or resulting from any claim of a third party related to my participation in the Activity, including any claim related to my own negligence or the ordinary negligence of Relax PRN.
5. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation in the Activity. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. I hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Relax PRN from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
6. This Release constitutes the sole and entire agreement of Relax PRN and me with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to such subject matter. If any term or provision of this Release is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or provision of this Release or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This Release is binding on and shall inure to the benefit of Relax PRN and me and our respective successors and assigns. All matters arising out of or relating to this Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the Commonwealth of Virginia or any other jurisdiction). Any claim or cause of action arising under this Release may be brought only in the federal and state courts located in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and I hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts. BY AGREEING, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE AND THAT I AM VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE Relax PRN.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS PLEASE READ CAREFULLY – THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A WAIVER OF CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS
By registering for and attending Relax PRN, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests (including, without limitation, family members) (“Guests”), assume all risks associated with your attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that are part of or affiliated with the Relax PRN. By registering for this meeting, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Relax PRN, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all allegations, claims, actions, losses, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) or liability of any kind arising out of or related to attendance and participation at the Relax PRN Conference by you and your Guests, including without limitation, personal injury (including death) or any damage caused by you or any of your Guests to any venue utilized by Relax PRN for the conference or your failure to comply with applicable law or the rules and regulations of the venue. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, I, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF AND MY GUESTS, DO HEREBY RELEASE, ACQUIT AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Relax PRN, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, INSURERS AND AGENTS OF AND FROM ANY AND ALL, AND ALL MANNER OF CHARGES, CLAIMS, ACTIONS, RIGHTS, DEMANDS, DEBTS, LIABILITY, ACTIONS, CLAIMS FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES, DAMAGES OF ANY KIND AND NATURE WHATSOEVER, IN LAW OR EQUITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAIMS FOR RIGHTS RELATED TO PRIVACY OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF IMAGE OR LIKENESS, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND/OR BODILY INJURY, EVEN IF CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR GROSS NEGLIGENCE, ARISING OUT OF THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF RELAX PRN, ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, SPONSORS, CONTRACTORS OR EMPLOYEES THAT MAY ARISE OR OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH OR AS A RESULT OF ATTENDING THE RELAX PRN CONFERENCE.
Photography and Recordings
To comply with applicable data privacy laws, Relax PRN imposes certain restrictions on the use of multimedia at its events, such as photography, video, audio, online streaming, and other media. Photography by attendees during any portion of a session is allowable at the discretion of the session speaker(s). In all cases, all photographs should be used for personal, non-commercial use and are not to be used for publication or rebroadcast without the express written permission of the speaker. Unless noted otherwise, photography is allowed in the conference common areas and venues. Photography can be shared on social media in accordance to the conference’s social media policy. Both audio and video recording of sessions is strictly prohibited.
Photograph and Video Recording Release
Relax PRN may take photos, videos, or make other recordings of attendees at conference events, or of people participating in functions or activities related to the Conference, including without limitation, images and recordings of participants in online or electronic meetings or events held in an electronic or virtual format (“Recordings”). Your attendance at Conference constitutes your agreement that Relax PRN may make and use the Recordings in the future for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising, educational or other purposes. By registering for the Conference, you, on behalf of yourself and your Guests, expressly consent and agree to allow Relax PRN to make and use the Recordings, which may include you, your family members or other Guests (including individuals under the age of 18), in all media formats worldwide for whatever purposes Relax PRN deems appropriate. You acknowledge and agree that Relax PRN shall own all intellectual property rights arising in connection with the Recordings, and that neither yourself nor your Guests shall receive (or be entitled to receive) any royalties or other compensation from Relax PRN for any use of the Recordings.
Personal Data Collection and Use
As part of the registration process, Relax PRN collects and uses information about you in connection with the provision of Conference services and for account administration, including: name, email address, street address, and registration type. By registering for and attending the Relax PRN Conference, you expressly consent to the collection of this information and Relax PRN’s use of this information for CE tracking purposes. By registering for or attending a Relax PRN event, you agree not to share your event access information with anyone or to allow anyone to use your access information. Sharing your access information or allowing others to use your information may result in a revocation of your access credentials with or without a refund, in Relax PRN’s sole discretion. Relax PRN is committed to data privacy and protecting your personal information. Information on how Relax PRN collects, processes, and uses your data is included in the Relax PRN Privacy Policy which is hereby incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. Additionally, by submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that Relax PRN may send you event-related information regarding your attendance and participation. Relax PRN will not disclose your information to any third party services. Information you provide when registering for or participating in an event managed or co-sponsored by parties other than or in addition to Relax PRN may be shared with those parties, and the treatment of such information is further subject to the privacy policies of those parties. Except as described herein, Relax PRN will not disclose your personal data to any other third party without your consent except where required to do so by law. Because of the nature of Relax PRN’s business, Conference services and benefits are not designed to appeal to minors. In addition, I agree to comply with all safety precautions required of Event attendees to help prevent the spread of viruses and other contagious disease, such as wearing a face covering, staying physically distant from others, frequently washing hands, using hand sanitizer, and similar measures.
Harassment Policy
The Relax PRN Conference is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, age, veteran status or any other status that may be protected by federal, state or local law. Relax PRN prohibits harassment and discrimination of conference participants in any form. Conference participants and/or their Guests violating this policy will be expelled from the conference at the discretion of the Relax PRN without any right to a refund. Relax PRN reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms & conditions in its sole discretion and without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these terms & conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. By registering for the Event, you agree that you have read this Waiver and Release of Claims in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and have agreed to its terms freely and voluntarily without any inducement, assurance, or guarantee being made to me. You intend for your Event registration to be a complete and unconditional release of liability to the greatest extent allowed by law for all persons I have registered, including my minor child(ren).
Conference Content
Relax PRN does its best to ensure quality CE content and speakers. We reserve the right to change any speakers or lecture topics at any time, although this is likely to be rare and only due to unforeseen circumstances. We also reserve the right to change the schedule and itinerary at any time as well.
